About the Position:
This is a crucial position during a time of significant growth for ACLC and EWDCS. The Client Relations Representative will focus on providing vehicle logistics, responding to customer inquiries, onboarding new customers, rescheduling service for existing customers, and maintaining the company's strategy for best business operations practices.
This position reports to the Executive Administrative Assistant, but will also interact with the entire organization. Being a Client Relations Representative is a great job for any one who enjoys working with people, communicating with others, and helping to solve problems.
This is currently a part-time position but has the potential to become a full-time position. Most work is done on-site, but remote work may also be provided.
Company Overviews:
ACLC, established in 2004, is a private tutoring center. We provide tutoring services to students in all subjects from elementary to adult levels. In addition to tutoring, the company also offers a variety of test prep programs to youth and adults.
EWDCS, established in 2010, is an independently owned and operated waste disposal, portable toilet, and container storage company servicing businesses, institutions and residences throughout Massachusetts. Our goal is to provide our customers with the equipment and management team needed to ensure waste materials and storage container services are handled in an environmentally friendly manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with ACLC tutors, parents, students, school faculty and EWDCS customers.
- Perform work duties efficiently, promptly courteously, and accurately.
- Provide ACLC and EWDCS clients with pricing information.
- Onboard new ACLC clients and schedule EWDCS clients.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimally, an associate's degree or equivalent
- Excellent customer service, writing and organizational skills
- The ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group
Other Benefits:
- End of the year bonus - after working six (6) months with the Companies (for employees that work 18 hours per week of more).
- Paid vacation days - after working one (1) year with the Companies (for employees that work 18 hours per week or more).

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.50 - $24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
