We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Powell. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, perform clerical tasks, and ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
- Duties of Office Assistant : *
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry of invoices, and document preparation
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent phone etiquette
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks
- Coordinate projects and assist with order entry
- Operating front desk, meet and greet all visitors for the building.
- Requirements for Office Assistant : *
- Proficient in data entry and order entry processes
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Recent experience as an office assistant or receptionist is required.
