Estimator/Project Manager – St. Louis

Job Responsibilities:

· Developing new and improving client relationships

· Developing comprehensive estimates including materials, equipment, subcontractors, and labor

· Execution of projects from award to closeout while managing the day-to-day activities and accounting

· Ensuring that the ACME Constructors and client safety programs are being adhered to

· Ensuring that projects are completed in the highest quality manner in accordance with the ACME Constructors Quality Plan

Minimum Requirements:

· Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications

· Experience with material quantity take offs.

· Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore

· The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Strong communication skills and focused attention to detail

· Willingness to learn and expand knowledge base through use of technology

· A positive winning attitude!

Preferred Experience:

· Experience in proposal writing

· Project management or project engineer experience in an industrial setting

· General understanding of cranes and rigging

· Experience in electronic plan take offs and estimating using estimating software

Required education:

• BS in Engineering or Construction Management or Equivalent Experience in the Construction Field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
