As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of projects related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of locks, aluminum storefront, hollow metal doors and access control security systems. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our dedicated cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors, contributing to the successful delivery of projects while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Initiation: Facilitate the initiation of the sold job process by coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders and following established workflows. Ensure seamless transition of tasks and responsibilities to respective team members for efficient project execution.
  • Project Board Management: Maintain an updated and comprehensive internal tracking board, adding essential project information and updates to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and milestones.
  • Daily Scheduling: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day scheduling of all Projects and General Service work within the applicable Acme Business unit. This will include both fabrication and onsite job scheduling.
  • Process Improvement: help to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies both in the project management practices as well as the day to day operations of the installation process.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work towards ensuring timely and accurate customer communication regarding all aspects of the project through to completion to uphold customer satisfaction and expectations. This will include both internal and external communication.
  • Project Closeout: Work within established workflows and processes to effectively close out completed projects with all relevant data
  • Job Material Quality Assurance: Work with the inventory and project team to monitor and perform Q/A checks on prepared job bins prior to the work being performed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven project administration experience
  • Knowledge of project coordination principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
