Administrative Assistant
Acme Manufacturing has an opportunity available for an administrative assistant! This position will start at $60,000.00-$80,000.00 annually (depending on experience) and is eligible for our full Benefits Package. The Workweek for this position is Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday), working standard office hours, primarily out of our office in Cheery Creek (parking provided!). We are looking for a reliable multitasker with the ability to travel. The ideal candidate will have an eye for cost savings/process optimization and the ability to handle all manner of clerical work, scheduling, and general administration.
Base pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 annually
Work week: Monday-Friday

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Acme Manufacturing Co., Inc. is a mid-sized manufacturing company headquartered in Denver, Colorado seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the CEO/Owner and the Executive Assistant at a private office in Cherry Creek. While employed by Acme, the Administrative Assistant would be working for the CEO/Owner and reporting directly to the Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate for this Administrative Assistant position will be comfortable with performing various basic clerical tasks, managing, and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, and doing general office work.

Who we are seeking in an applicant:
This position is intended for an individual with 2-5 years of administrative assistant or executive assistant level experience. You will assume critical functions and be responsible for administrative support for our executive level operations. Attention to detail is key, as well as a mind for cost savings and the ability to monitor multiple tasks simultaneously.
