CSR - Customer Service Representative

Acme Paper is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support to specific accounts. In the CSR role, the candidate will communicate directly with customers via phone and email, process orders, resolve service problems and conduct research to fully ensure customer satisfaction. They will support their sales rep(s) with some administrative duties directly relating to their customer base. They will interact extensively with fellow team members, other departments and a variety of customers and vendors.

An ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional office environment

• Prior experience in a call center or order processing environment

• Proficiency in customer service data entry and order processing

• Experience in wholesale distribution customer service is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines effectively

• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation

• Typing/data entry speed of at least 45 WPM

• Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with a diverse range of individuals

• Flexibility and sound judgment in decision-making

• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and loyalty

• Strong time management and stress management skills

• Respect for confidentiality and sensitivity of information

• A positive, upbeat outlook and a friendly, approachable demeanor
