What You’ll Take Ownership Of:
- Analyze IT system requirements and provide recommendations for IT improvements.
- Assists with formation and implementation of IT policy and procedure.
- Utilize IT service management platform to properly communicate and document work completed while building an internal knowledge base and reporting.
- Continually make improvements to IT service delivery, communication, and automation
- Coordinate and communicate to ensure projects are being progressed and completed in scope and on schedule.
- Work with IT team members to deliver on set SLAs.
- Assist IT teams with the prioritization and completion of required day-to-day support operations.
- Responsible to coordinate with IT team members to assure successful design, install, maintenance and operation of IT systems including, but not limited to, power, telecom, network switching, routers, firewalls, servers, end user stations, applications, cloud, web, and security.
- Provide reporting and metrics related to IT project progress and service delivery.
- Document any trend data regarding IT issues and requests in an effort to identify possible larger scale problems.
- Coordinate daily with IT team members to assure they have the ability and tools to deliver on the mission of IT to support all end users with a positive experience focused on correct and timely solutions.

Need-To-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is often preferred.
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Love-To-Haves:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Helpdesk and/or infrastructure experience is a plus
