Sales Representative- Membership Top Agents Earn $130K. Average First Year Agents Earn $65K. Work from Home After Training (B2B Outside Sales) Paid Training* Comprehensive benefits including pension plan. We have immediate opportunities for Outside Sales Representative to join our Membership Sales team and expand AAA membership across the state. Responsibilities: Selling AAA membership products to businesses & organizations Source, develop leads, prospect and continually network. Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and or exceed sales and performance goals on a consistent basis. Cold calling businesses Work independently. Follow-up on prospects and identify cross sell opportunities. Conduct professional B2B sales presentations using Power Point skills. Attending AAA-sponsored events as needed Excel knowledge for reporting is required. Overnight travel is required to attend events, training, and or meetings within the state. Required/ Preferred Skills: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience Minimum 2 years of Cold Calling experience Successful completion of background check and drug screen Must occasionally be physically able to lift and or move more than 25lbs. Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and discipline to work independently. Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire *Paid Training will be onsite at AAA Texas Headquarters in Coppell, Texas for 8 weeks. For employees outside of the Dallas/Ft Worth area, training includes paid travel, accommodations, meal expenses and one paid round trip visit home halfway through training.
