Our international team serves ACON customers worldwide. As a part of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer experience to our global customers, and also valuable feedback and information to our R&D team. We have a hands-on approach to customer service, and you will be interacting with our customers via multiple different channels.
The job will be located in our office in Rogers area, MN.
Expectations:
· Answering inbound calls, chats, and emails to provide excellent customer service; includes handling and resolving customer inquiries and concerns and coordinating resolutions in professional manner
· Making outbound calls, interacting proactively with customers in every channel
· Tracking tickets accurately in a customer service system
· Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently
· Other duties and assignments as agreed
Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service skills and genuine desire to help customers with both pre-sales and post-sales matters
· Computer literacy – skills and ability to use and learn computer programs, procedures, and processes necessary to provide these services and systems used in customer service
· Willingness and ability to work required hours, usually from 8am to 5pm. During the busy season (3-5months of the year) it can include evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business may require
· Must be able to pass a drug test & criminal background check
