Work closely with Acosta’s customer base tounderstandpresenttraining needs, assign and **execute formalized training programs, plans** and **curriculum** that align with the business needs. Developingand overseeing **change recommendations** that **drive financial** and **operational performance** for the market. **Communicate feedback** from training sessionsto the Acosta Teamand alignwith Regional Fresh Directors & Market Managers on global initiatives. **Qualifications** **What you will bring to the team:** Strong interpersonal, organizational,and presentation skills. Ability to freely and as part of a team set updisplays, take part in resets and remodels. Understanding & knowledge ofMeat, Bakery, Prepared Foods, Café, Produce, Floral, Freezer, Cooler, and Deli production skills within the clubs. Ability to influence and support leaders to implement best practices. Strong skills with Microsoft office products which include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to manage financials, including P&L responsibilities. Technical experience in core retail Fresh Foods, Bakery and/or Deli operations and/or supervisory/management preferred. Willingness to travelusingvaliddriver’s license.
