Comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary. **What will you do?** Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing/training targets. Collaborate with key Premium and client personnel to plan and develop content creation roadmap & calendar. Manage scheduling, timelines and on-time delivery of assets to client. Story board training concepts for existing and new product introductions (NPI). Production of various marketing and training videos. Develop training modules for retail use on various online learning networks, virtual and live in-person training events including SellPro modules, PowerPoint presentations and reviewers’ guides. Maintain SCORM compliance on all deliverables. Produce and manage live streaming content via SellPro LIVE and applicable YouTube channel. Stay current with existing and new trends relative to training production and learning techniques. Manage and facilitate all digital event requests. Partner with Field Training team for knowledge transfer of NPIs and virtual event hosting. **How will you succeed?** Performing well under deadlines and effectively prioritizing. Staying extremely detail oriented. Demonstrating your creative writing skills. Leveraging your inner tech nerd. Being a strong leader and manager. **What experience should you have?** 5 yrs. content production experience, including digital and streaming experience. Understanding of using brand guidelines when creating content. Knowledgeable to the consumer tech world (5 years of relevant experience). Proficiency in various platforms and program including Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Media Encoder, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Audition & Lightroom), DaVinci Resolve, SellPro & BBY Learning Network, Sonix.ai, StreamLabs OBS, Final Cut Pro X & Final Draft, and Storyboarder. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.
