You'll be responsible for ensuring client needs are met, driving market share growth, and serving as a primary point of contact for our valued clients. **What’s in it for you?** A competitive salary with a full benefits package. Be a part of a collaborative and culture-oriented team. **What will you do?** Accountable for all aspects of assigned client support including but not limited to ensuring the client's needs are well prepared for and being met as well as identifying opportunities for the client, retailers included in programs, and the company. Serve as the direct contact to the assigned client(s) and responsible for communicating direction to field management, client support teams, retail, and reporting teams on a day-to-day basis. Ensure all aspects of the account(s) from start-up to client communications and internal communications with all levels of management. Support team in all aspects of retail execution, project management, and customer relationships with the objective of growing sales. Partner with the client as an expert and consultant focused on retail marketing to help the client achieve a positive ROI. Direct all elements of the customer/team relationship including internal meetings, vendor meetings, project set-up, ROI data analysis, client reports, and follow-up. Provide detailed analytical reports to executives, team leadership, and/or client partners. Track sales trends and identify opportunities for sales growth. Direct the process of proprietary system daily and weekly reports. Create executive-level professional reports internally and to the client based on internal and/or external system data. Partner with other cross-functional team members including senior management, field operations, client services, asset management, distribution, training, and human resources as directed by team and/or client. Direct, write, and deliver effective presentations using category management practices and fact-based analytics. Monitor and create detailed billing of the company's activities in accordance with client contract specifics, ensuring that the client is billed accurately and timely for all services rendered. **How will you succeed?** Demonstrate excellent verbal/written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Be a forward thinker and problem solver, going 'above and beyond' the requests of the client, the retailer, or the scope of the project. Lead and develop customer retail programs and influence market share for company clients in a very tactical and fast-paced environment. Be a dedicated team player with a service mindset. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, effective time management skills, and be able to excel in a fast-paced environment through proficient multi-tasking. Able to effectively communicate (verbal/written) both internally with all levels of the organization and externally with clients to successfully accomplish objectives. **Experience and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree strongly preferred, with emphasis in Business Administration. Minimum two years of management experience in retail, retail operations, merchandising, sales, marketing, and service organizations required. Minimum ten years in retail/merchandising and or consumer package goods experience required. Minimum ten years of project management/account management experience required. Knowledge of all CE, MASS, OSS, Mobile Carrier, and other selected retailer requirements. Full understanding of margins, retail sales incentives, P&L, etc., required. Prior experience working on a similar structured program preferred. Must have a proven track record of a thorough knowledge base of the technology surrounding category managing. Proficiency in all MS Office products, Expert in advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
