**RESPONSIBILITIES** **Primary Responsibilities** Manage **Retail Media Ad Ops** team, set team goals that align with business and organizational objectives, train and develop teammembers, and manage performance. **Establishes** and **owns client relationships** with senior leadership, including CMO’s Accountable for **client retention and delivering results** for a large list of clients spending more than $20M. Deliver performance reports, analyze performance and pacing data, and **provide strategic recommendations** to our clients on a scheduled or ad hoc basis Audits and manages team performance against **client KPIs** and communicates when faced with campaign issues Provides thought leadership to provide clients with recommendations and **optimization strategies that align with client objectives** Communicate with Industry leading **HQ retail media teams** to gain valuable insights into category and competitor trends Manage all contracting and interaction with Acosta billing teams to ensure properbilling of all revenues earned. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education and Experience** Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field 10 years of **digital advertising experience** , whether at an agency, end brand, or technology platform (direct experience with Amazon DSP is required) Extensive experience in data analysis – providing and explaining performance reporting for digital campaigns. Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. **Minimum Qualifications-Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** A highly organized,collaborative manager who demonstrates a strong sense of ownership with the ability to prioritize. Polished executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills. The Acosta Group is in search of a Senior Director of Retail Media Ad Operations to head the Retail Media operations team.You will manage the delivery of advertising campaigns across retail media platforms, ensuring client objectives are met through strategic account management, ad serving, and data-driven optimization. The role entails leading the Ad Operations team, formulating strategies to enhance operational efficiency and revenue, and incorporating the latest technologies in retail media advertising.You will also collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to deliver cohesive advertising solutions and maintain strong client relationships, providing insights and strategies for campaign improvement. Financial oversight includes managing the ad operations budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment. Candidates with experience in digital ad operations, especially with programmatic advertising, AdTech, and platforms like Amazon Ads and The Trade Desk, as well as strong leadership and analytical skills, are preferred. Effective communication and the ability to innovate in a fast-paced industry are also critical.
