Event and Restaurant Server, Acquaviva Winery, Maple Park, IL

SALARY
Hourly range of $20-30 per hour (average of hourly pay and tips)

Acquaviva Winery is searching for quality, attentive, and hospitable servers to join our team. Restaurant and banquet serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train great candidates. We are an 85-acre estate vineyard and winery specializing in weddings and private events in the western suburbs of Chicago. As a family-owned and operated company, our mission is to provide outstanding service to our clients and guests. When we are not hosting private events, we have a full-service restaurant and bar open to the public. Our business is based on creating and delivering exceptional experiences by selecting the right people to join our team.

We are seeking hard-working individuals with great attitudes to prepare for and execute our clients' events, as well as serve in our restaurant when we are open to the public for dining.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare restaurant and special event tables

Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff

Offer fantastic customer service

Conduct yourself with the utmost responsibility and trustworthiness

Requirements

Wedding, banquet, serving experience with emphasis on fine dining preferred

Present a professional appearance and demeanor

Excellent interpersonal/relationship skills

A strong sense of urgency; self-directed with the ability to problem solve with little direction

Work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
