Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Event Marketing & Communications Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our client's products and services through event marketing and sales efforts, as well as handling communications with customers in order to drive brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing events, promotions, and campaigns
- Promote our client's products and services to customers through events and sales efforts
- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Coordinate and manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and staffing
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist with sales efforts and lead generation
- Handle customer inquiries and communications in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other teams and departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2 years of experience in event marketing and communications, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
