Junior Associate - Business Development

This role offers a base salary paid weekly, dependent on experience, with uncapped commission potential. As a Junior Associate, you'll work closely with the marketing team to implement various marketing activities aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and generating new business leads. You'll receive comprehensive training to succeed in this entry-level role.

Responsibilities of the Junior Associate:

• Learn and execute sales scripts, product training, and closing techniques.
• Execute sales tactics in the field working to increase sales and brand awareness on behalf of the client.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals, engaging with all customers to drive sales.
• Maintain compliance standards and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Work Sales floor / territory efficiently.
• Coordinate retail promotions and deliver sales presentations to consumers in person.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet client market expectations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and energetic demeanor with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and address complaints promptly.
• Flexibility to work flexible shifts as required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service).
