Retail Relations Specialist

Join our dynamic client's team as a Retail Relations Specialist and be the front face of our company's commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Our Retail Relations Specialists are more than salespeople; they are the bridge between our products and the hearts of our customers. This role is full time only, working on site, and weekends are included for this job.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and determine their needs and preferences.
• Provide product information, leveraging deep understanding of our merchandise.
• Handle customer issues, ensuring resolutions that enhance relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to boost sales and meet monthly targets.
• Maintain awareness of market trends and continuously update product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
