We’re currently looking for a Partner Desk Specialist: Provide day-to-day support for RingCentral Partner Managers to help them implement, and support RingCentral’s services. Serve as a general back up for Partner Managers and their partner base Assist Partner Managers in driving lead generation/marketing campaigns with Resellers Answer Partner Manager and their partners’ questions via e-mail and telephone Assist partners with quotes and proposals for RingCentral services Assist Partner Managers with reports and contracts Assist with ongoing Reseller training, marketing, and overall enablement programs Work cross-functionally with other team members to deliver on company goals Serve as internal channel advocate to ensure adherence to company’s ROE Assist in driving attendance in industry events such as trade shows and seminars Serve as a general back up for Partner Managers and their partner base To succeed in this role you must have experience in: Channel, Inbound/Outbound Sales experience is a strong plus. Experience in handling a business is highly desired. 2-year B2B Sales experience Minimum of 1-year Account Management Experience and/or Client-focused Solutions Selling SaaS experience is a plus Telecommunications experience Familiarity with CRM tools (salesforce) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate, present and influence decision makers at all levels of an organization Effective presentation and negotiation skills Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity Soft Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and act professionally at all times. Strong organizational skills and able to work under pressure.
