Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Applied Epic Security Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling them to proficiently research and resolve Epic Security issues and requests. In this role, you will be responsible for Epic Security Configuration requests in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to SLA expectations, and confirming logical configurations. Responsibilities: Research and resolve Epic Security Configuration issues within SLA guidelines. Analyze and complete Epic Security Configuration requests promptly, while adhering to approval guidelines before implementing updates. Collaborate with team members to address unique and challenging Epic Security requests, conducting thorough research before seeking assistance to demonstrate proactive problem-solving and analytical skills. Assist team members to maintain the Epic Security Configuration for 6,500 users within our Epic instance. Requirements: Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a dedication to precision and excellence. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines and SLA requirements. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, adept at both independent work and collaboration within a team setting using company and vendor provided resources. Willingness to occasionally work Saturdays and non standard working hours to provide Configuration support Remote employees must have a dedicated, quiet work area and a stable, reliable internet connection of at least 75mbps download speed. Ability to use discretion with sensitive information. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or recognized equivalent is required. Associates Degree preferred Insurance Industry experience preferred Minimum 1 year experience working with industry specific an agency management system required.
