We are currently looking to add our team with an exciting opportunity as a Treasury Services Analyst. The Treasury Services Analyst, reporting to the Manager of Treasury Services, will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to the company’s internal customers of Treasury Services. The Treasury Services Analyst will work closely with the broader Finance, Accounting, Legal, M&A, and Agency Accounting department leaders and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review centralized disbursement activity (ACH, Wire, Check) for all Home Office-managed payables and complete disbursements
- Manage positive pay file transmissions, exceptions, and required actions
- Provide internal training to key stakeholders related to best practices for secure payments and fraud prevention
- Primary contact for all Treasury Services requests. Provide resolution or escalate requests as appropriate.
- Maintain global bank account records and coordinate the opening, closing, and signatory updates for all accounts
- Support M&A on-boarding activities for agency partner banking transitions globally including new account openings, signatory changes, and bank product training
- Serve as the primary (Level 1) banking portal administrator to issue and maintain user entitlements, services, and controls
- Identify and drive process efficiencies related to assigned activities
Other special projects and assignments as assigned by Finance leadership
Competencies:

Education and/or Experience:
- Undergraduate degree required; B.B.A. with Finance or Accounting emphasis strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a large Treasury organization, preferably with specialization in Treasury Operations or a Shared Service environment
- Prior banking experience in Treasury Management highly desirable
- Working knowledge of treasury and banking technology solutions including workstations, banking portals, ERP/bank interfaces strongly preferred
Technology Skills:
- Strong Excel skills and experience with macros, pivot tables
- Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau applications
- MS Access database knowledge preferred
