WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supporting the HR Generalists with preparation and issuing of employment contracts across the EMEA & DACH region.
- Distribute, complete, and process paperwork for new hires
- Support Business Partners and managers in the administration of all terms and conditions changes, including but not limited to: ensuring relevant paperwork is authorized, issuing verification letters, employment contract amendments, liaising with payroll on changes, starters and leavers processes
- Help with employee compensation, benefits, and training
- Keep up-to-date employee records
- Conduct new hire orientation and benefits orientation to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement
- Provide new hires with information regarding compensation, job benefits, and working conditions
- Explain human resources policies, standards and procedures to employees to ensure compliance
- Help manage employee relations and related programs
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures
- Conduct exit interviews and process the paperwork for employment termination
- Use human resources management software to prepare and maintain records of employee hiring, promotion, transfers, or termination
- Implement training and development plans
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Process employees’ queries and respond promptly
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Assist with special projects on an as-needed basis
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 3 years of proven experience in a similar role with HR knowledge for DACH region
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field
- Strong Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like Workday
- Good understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Familiarity with onboarding and employee lifecycle
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, any other language is a benefit for the company
