Position:- LVN/LPN Home Health
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (09:00AM - 5:00PM)
Job Duration: 13 Weeks of contract with an option to extend
Job Location: 102 East Main Street, Cartersville, GA 30120
Orientation: All Hours Billable
Job description- A home health nurse provides an appropriate nursing care in a residential setting. The ideal nurse will deliver high level of caring and empathy while following the treatment plan to include administering medications, tracking vitals, providing wound and catheter care.
Responsibilities-
- Demonstrate caring and empathy
- Take and track vital signs
- Measure and administer medications as prescribed
- Provide wound care, as needed
- Provide catheter care

Requirements:
- 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience, depending on the specialty
- Must have license
$1440 Weekly Pay
