Submission Requirements
- ANCC/AANP Board Certified - REQUIRED
- AL license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- 5-7 years of NP experience, preferably in long-term care (note in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
- Minimum of 1 year working with the frail and/or elderly population (note in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
- BLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- CSR/CDS Certification (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean/Clear malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
