Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Job Duration: 13 Weeks of contract with an option to extend
Job Location: 941 NE Columbus St Lee's Summit,, MO 64086
Orientation: All Hours Billable
Job description- A Hospice Nurse is a professional in charge of providing care, comfort, and support to clients navigating the difficult time at the end of their lives. They develop plans for individual patients to ensure their needs are met, perform regular checkups, and communicate with family members as needed.
Responsibilities-
*Preparing and adjusting patient care plans as needed.
* Frequently visiting patients to monitor vital signs and physical comfort levels.
_* Performing prescribed treatments and administering pain management
medications._
* Informing physicians about changes in patients' conditions.

Requirements:
1 year Home Care Home Base experience
Must have Previous Adult Home Health Experience
