Responsibilities:
Prepares design and construction documents under the supervision of experienced staff with limited direction
Prepares planning, building and health permit submittals
Review and responds to contractor RFI's and submittals
At times will delegate and guide Architectural Associates in their assigned work
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you must meet the following criteria:
Graduated with an Architecture degree or related program
Minimum of five years of architectural experience
Intermediate knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
Ability to create design and construction documents
Complete assigned tasks with limited direction
Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
