Position: JAVA Web Developer

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking a skilled JAVA Web Developer to join our dynamic team in Albany, NY. As a JAVA Web Developer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding iterative development teams, overseeing the planning, designing, implementation, and integration of complex JEE based systems. Your expertise will be crucial in developing applications using JSF/JSP in IBM WebSphere Application Servers and IBM WebSphere Portal Servers.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading iterative development teams in planning, designing, implementing, and integrating complex JEE based systems.
  • Proficiency in developing applications using JSF/JSP within IBM WebSphere Application Servers 7.0 or higher & IBM WebSphere Portal Servers 7.0 or higher.
  • Hands-on experience in developing applications using JPA and/or Hibernate, working with Oracle or SQL Server databases.
  • Expertise in developing applications using JMS, EJB, MQ 6.0 or higher, XML, JAXB, and JAXWS.
  • Strong background in developing applications implemented with JAVA Development Kit (JDK 1.8 or higher).
