Job Title : LMS admin (Brightspace)
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain the Brightspace LMS, ensuring optimal performance and usability
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the LMS
- Provide technical support and training to users, including instructors and students
- Assist in the creation and uploading of course content, ensuring it meets organizational standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the LMS, escalating to vendor support when necessary
- Monitor system performance, usage, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Stay current with Brightspace updates and new features, implementing them as appropriate
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for LMS users
- Ensure data integrity and security within the LMS
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience as an LMS Administrator, with specific expertise in Brightspace
- Strong understanding of LMS architecture, functionalities, and best practices
- Proficiency in managing and supporting Brightspace LMS, including troubleshooting and user support
- Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Certification in Brightspace Administration is a plus
