Now Hiring – Mowing Crew, Leaders, and Members
We are currently looking to hire for crew leaders and members to add to our growing company. We are currently mowing 60 commercial locations in, and around the Aurora area. The job is primarily mowing with some additional site clean-up. A perfect summer job for those looking to spend time outdoors.
We generally schedule our work Monday through Friday 7am – 3:30pm, occasionally we will need to schedule Saturdays if inclement weather has prevented us from working during the week. Overtime after 40 hours and weekly payroll.
In addition to mowing, crew leaders will need to be able to safely pull a trailer, load and unload mowers keep track of time and communicate with supervisors. Crew members, in addition to mowing, will need to be able to take direction, and assist with the loading and unloading of mowers.
All employees are expected to work safely, report to work on time, communicate directly, and courteously, with other employees and customers.
Anyone applying for a Crew leader position must have a valid driver’s license.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
