What are the responsibilities and job description for the Integration specialist position at ACS Technologies?

The Partnerships and Integrations Specialist (PINS) is responsible for the successful technical integrations resulting from acquisitions, partnerships, and business growth.
The PINS will work closely with peers in Sales, Marketing, R&D and Client experience to ensure successful technical integrations.
What Youll Do :
Serves as the single point of accountability for all technical partnerships and integrations
Partners with peers in Sales / Business Development to manage the technical portion of partnerships that include a technical integration.
Delivers technical evaluation of partnership opportunities according to required timelines
Creates and maintains documentation of technical integrations and partnerships to include : Communication contacts, Issue escalation paths, Meeting cadence, ACST Technical Owner(s), and Partner Roadmap.
Cultivates and assures multi-tier relationships are built with key partners (Executive, Technical, and Product).
Negotiates partnership agreements, terms and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for our company while meeting the needs of our ministry partners.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute partnership integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Monitor and track partnership performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders and team members.
Monitors, confirms impact, communicates, and otherwise assures that ACST product and engineering teams proactively account for changes made by partners
Identifies opportunities to deliver value to ACST and its ministry partners by maximizing partner integrations and embracing new partner offerings
Recommends strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.
What Were Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems, Computer science, or related with 6-8 years of experience in SaaS systems with demonstrated experience in technical integration
Demonstrated ability to work across functional areas
Demonstrated ability to build relationships
Ability to understand the ACST product strategy
Ability to maintain a working knowledge of ACST products and services
Knowledge of SaaS concepts
Detail orientation and ability to create and maintain documentation
Strong communication, negotiation, and technical skills, as well as a deep understanding of our industry and target market is a plus.
