Description:
FX Prime Brokerage Ops in Baltimore monitors PB client breaks, daily allocations and trade matching across FX products (forwards, swaps, NDFs, etc). FX Prime Brokerage Ops acts as a primary point of contact for clients in relation to FX, assisting in maintaining and strengthening relationships. FX Prime Brokerage Ops monitors client’s credit utilization and escalates any exceptions/breaches to credit, risk and the business unit. FX Prime Brokerage Ops also assists with client/bank FX inquiries related to respective Prime Brokerage accounts.
Function / Roles and Responsibilities:
The individual will be working within a growing team, responsible for matching and exception processing for Brokerage’s clients FXPB transactions, client service and risk management. The role requires coordination and communication with various internal and external stakeholders, inclusive of direct client interaction.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s Degree – analytical or financial related subject favored
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Desire to develop and maintain client relationships
Ability to stay organized, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Robust analytical skills
High attention to detail, accuracy and risk awareness
Dynamic self-starter with ability to work independently as well as be a solid team player
Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (ie Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
