REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· 5 years of related experience in HR, communications, or social media with a minimum of 3 years in communications and/or employer branding/recruitment marketing, recruitment advertisement etc.
· Preferred experience is 5 years in Talent Acquisition with a minimum of 3 years in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing.
· Experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotech/biopharm industries is preferred but not required.
· Must reside within commuting distance of Plainsboro, NJ and will be required to work 2-3x a week onsite

The Talent Attraction Specialist – Recruitment Marketing will work within the North American Talent Attraction team, reporting to Manager, Talent Attraction – Strategies & Execution, and will support the execution and pull through of overall Talent Attraction strategies with a focus on recruitment marketing and employer branding support for our Boston R&D hub (and other affiliates as needed). This individual will partner with a variety of stakeholders including, but not limited to, recruiters, HRBP’s, communications partners, line of business representatives and vendors in order to provide required support to the business.
Essential Functions:
· Collaborate with the Global Employer Branding team, HRBP’s, Regional Communications Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to plan for and execute photo and video shoots.
· Support creation of content and assets needed for impactful activation, including targeted videos, photos, landing pages, etc.
· Work closely with key stakeholders across Talent Acquisition and Line of Business to execute appropriate sourcing, social media or other recruitment marketing strategies to support just-in-time and pro-active recruitment needs.
· Partner with preferred vendors in the region, ensuring that they are working in compliance with existing employer value proposition and company CVI guidelines to guarantee quality and consistency in delivery.
· Complete manual postings to LinkedIn and other appropriate job posting partners as needed based on individual positions identified by recruiters, HRBP’s and/or line of business stakeholders.
· Manage engagement with talent communities and ensure that they are leveraged in generating candidates for available positions.
· Monitor performance of employer branding and recruitment marketing activities leveraging vendor dashboards as well as internal reporting tools to evaluate performance and recommend opportunities to improve.
