The Sales Coordinator will offer comprehensive assistance to the Sales Department, including coordinating and aiding in the creation of annual and mid-year expense budgets and sales projections.
They will also be responsible for generating account-specific reports for presentations, managing Catalog setup for designated accounts such as College Bookstores, and taking the lead on customer item setups across various accounts like Commercial, E-Com, Mass Market, and Art.
Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will assist in resolving order issues, researching potential new customers, and conducting cold calls for inside sales support.
Updating price lists for all markets as needed, ensuring accuracy of month-end totals, and aiding the Sales & Operations teams with Aged & Excess inventory management are also within their responsibilities.
This role involves a diverse range of tasks and requires a high degree of creativity and autonomy.
