Lead Firmware Engineer

Description:

Lead an Embedded Systems Development team consisting of Hardware, Firmware, and Test Engineers throughout the entire product/software life cycle.- Work with the internal team from concept through development, testing, and into manufacturing. - Support presales process; qualifying prospects and developing a strategy to solve customer needs.- Interview clients to assess needs.- Interact with customers throughout contract negotiations and updates on project deadlines.- Plan, schedule, and monitor all engineering operations to ensure compliance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Embedded Engineer, Hardware Engineer, or a Systems Engineer- Embedded systems product development experience - Experience with network communication protocols- 2 years of experience within a management/leadership role
