Description:Lead an Embedded Systems Development team consisting of Hardware, Firmware, and Test Engineers throughout the entire product/software life cycle.- Work with the internal team from concept through development, testing, and into manufacturing. - Support presales process; qualifying prospects and developing a strategy to solve customer needs.- Interview clients to assess needs.- Interact with customers throughout contract negotiations and updates on project deadlines.- Plan, schedule, and monitor all engineering operations to ensure compliance.
