Description:
Performing QC Instrumental analysis for essential oils and chemicals
1. GC and GC-MS Analysis
a. Quality Control Samples
b. Fragrance compounds
c. Essential Oils
d. Chemical Compounds
2. FT-IR Evaluation
3. Methods development using the GC and GC-MS for best identification of essential oils and chemical
4. Ability to work hands-on with GC-MS, such as: source cleaning, regular maintenance/calibration/validations and updates to existing MS libraries
5. Extraction and duplication of finished fragrance products
Top Skills Details:
essential oils,GC-MS,Fragrance,gas chromatography,mass spectrometry
Must Haves:
- 2-3 years of experience in Fragrance Industry or Essential Oils
- Bachelor’s Degree in sciences
- GC-MS experience
- Essential oils experience (citrus oils preferred)
