This leading fuse manufacturer is looking to hire a junior / senior level electrical applications engineer to join their team and work on exciting projects with transformers, submersibles, etc.!
Description:
This candidate will be working with medium and high voltage fuses for protection of transformers, including submersibles, motors, medium and high voltage switchgear, compact substations, cable feeders, and high voltage capacitor circuits. This candidate will have to have experience sizing fuses, fusing systems and know how circuitry works. This person will need to know their way around simulation software as they will be doing analysis for customers and interacting with their client!

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-10 years’ experience in the Circuit Protection field required.
• Technical experience in circuit protection technology and design.
• Simulation: PSpice, MATLAB, ETAP – DC Arc Flash analysis – coordination study
• Ability to interpret electro-technical drawings and designs.
• Experience in power electronics and power systems, a must.
