Description:
Seeking an Architect with 5 years of experience and with a
passion in Historic Preservation. This person would spend 70% of their time in
the production phase of the project (i.e. CD Sets, taking Redlines, and Design
Development), 15% in Construction Administration, and 15% with Client
interaction. Ability to create Construction Document sets, knowledge of
materials and details, and experience with construction/renovation works is the
most important.
