Actalent is working with a General Contractor who is based in Fort Myers, FL. They are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to work on their local projects. This is a great opportunity for entry level candidates to work with a company who provides room for advancement and is involved in a growing market.
Job Details: General Contractor that focuses on Commercial, Retail, and Vertical Construction. This person would start out at the project on the Southwest Regional Airport.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be able to work the Night Shift (9pm-5am)
- 2 years of experience working in Construction
- Must have knowledge in construction contract documents, blue prints, specifications, as-builds, detailed takeoffs and change orders
- Must be able to work independently and also as a team player with a strong work ethic
- Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with owners, subcontractors, and city officials
- Ideal candidates will have prior experience with similar project background
