What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bioprocess Technician position at Actalent?
Description:
- Performs preparation and cleaning regimens within the requirements of the pertinent SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
- Prepares and stocks cleaning/sanitization materials and stocks laboratory supplies when needed
- Performs duties in a laboratory while fully gowned as required for each area
- Prepares sanitizer as per SOPs
- Will work with strong sanitizing agents
- Required to accurately document all preparation, cleaning and sanitization activities on the required logbooks, log cards and forms contemporaneously
- Collects and disposes of hazardous and nonhazardous wastes as per the facilities requirements
- Conducts themselves in a professional manner with internal/external clients and coworkers at all times
