Chemist

Looking for a Chemist to join our team in Wayne!

Daily duties:

QC production samples- water and detergents

Instruct blending as to batch alteration based on QC checks.

Maintain or author our SDS.

Maintain our formulary records.

Adjust our formulary when new or different raw materials are used.

Occasional duties:

Meet with product development to assist in new product creation.

Create C of A for customer request.

Maintain lab organization and lab samples.

Custom blend small batch for new item testing.

Conduct efficacy testing on replacement raws.

Meet with raw material suppliers to review new items or current item expanded use.

Skills:

quality, control, surfactant, formulating, chem, laboratory, windshield, washer, solvents, antifreeze, carwash, detergents, waxes, swimming, pool, chemicals, carpet, cleaning, chemicals, automotive, additives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors of science in Chemistry

1 years of lab experience

Experience with industrial cleaners or detergents is a plus

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
