What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Inspector position at Actalent?
Description:
The inspector will conduct and document observations of construction as it progresses, including a familiarity with a broad spectrum of construction materials, testing, methods and processes. Must possess VDOT and/or other certifications as applicable to the work to be performed. The inspector will check every phase of of the road/ bridge construction.The inspector will visit the worksite often to ensure the procedures and materials comply with plans and specifications.
