The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading and guiding the design and implementation of projects. Services are delivered both as an individual contributor and by effectively leading, managing, and coaching a team of highly motivated and skilled professionals and technicians • Effectively lead, guide, and manage client projects through design, approval, permitting and/ or construction to desired client results • Can be relied on to get the projects done on time, within budget, and with good design, effectively addressing regulatory issues • Develop and monitor budgets and plans to consistently achieve profitability goals and schedules • Provide complete quality designs and technical expertise to projects • Managing Civil Engineering projects specifically within Land Development (Site Design, Land Planning, Grading, Surveying, Erosion and Sediment control, Stormwater Management) • Zoning and SALDO Ordinance Review
