Qualifications:
- 3 years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily clinic schedules, team meetings, and site visits.
- Manage staff onboarding, training, and disciplinary meetings ensure alignment with HR goals.
- Assist PI, CRC Lead, and Recruitment Team with trial algorithm and assignment of CRCs for trial management.
- Interface with research subjects for eligibility determination, consenting, and monitoring adherence to study protocols.
- Oversee timely and accurate data collection, documentation, and EDC entry.
- Monitor lab and imaging reports for abnormalities, and report serious adverse events and adverse events promptly.
