Commercial Project Manager

Hiring a Project Manager for a major mechanical contractor based in Fairfield County, CT. This is a great opportunity to work with an established firm with constant projects in the pipeline while developing your own business.

Description:

- Oversee all aspects of HVAC installations for Commercial buildings

- Manage estimating process, shop drawings, scheduling on site, close out

- Typical PM duties: submittals, RFI's, take-offs, budgeting

- Main point of contact for account after installation

- Strong sales ability interfacing with clients on site

Qualifications:

- Bachelors in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering

- 3 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Construction (MEP) or Project Management

- Extremely motivated, hard working and driven (more important than prior experience)

- Strong sales ability
