Seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and execute interior renovation projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million. The role involves managing design-build projects including interior offices, restaurants, retail spaces, airports, and GSA facilities, primarily within the DC area. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A GC

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Washington, District of Columbia.

Work Environment

The position requires working onsite in DC, split between the office and various project locations. Candidates should be prepared for and capable of commuting within DC.
