- Attend pre-bid site visits for walk-through evaluations.
- Review project plans and specifications
- Locate and solicit vendors and suppliers.
- Perform quantity take offs and estimates.
- Prepare detailed scopes of work, proposals, and bid submittals.
- Negotiate with proposed subcontractors and assist with writing subcontracts.
- Build, develop and maintain business relationships vital to the growth and success of the company.

Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering or Construction Management or comparable experience (5 years)
- Strong attention to detail and
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Good organizational and time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
- Great problem-solving
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, HCSS (Heavybid/Heavyjob), and similar programs
