What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Manager position at Actalent?
Description:
Our team is currently seeking Project Engineers to join project in the Panama City area. This person will support reviewing submittals, contractor questions, RFIs, construction schedules, construction deficiencies, project issues, requests for equitable adjustment, and claims; make written recommendations to the COR; compute time extensions; assist in preparing documents for change orders and claims; make technical interpretations of drawings and specifications; provide engineering determinations on meeting the contract requirements; make practicability determinations from a construction standpoint; and utilize Resident Management System (RMS)
Qualifications:
5 Years experience in project engineering/construction management
