What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction PM position at Actalent?
We are seeking a talented PM to join our team and play a pivotal role in the construction and development of transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, and project management, and a passion for creating spaces that not only meet functional requirements but also exceed expectations in terms of timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the subcontractors/Vendors bidding list provided by the project manager or Estimator and scope sheets.
- Send the bid package to the prospective subcontractor/vendors as directed by his supervisor and follow up with the collecting the proposals.
- Administer the Permits process, Letter of Intent, review vendor invoices
- Administrate of the Site logistics plan and Safety manual submission \Administrate subcontractors schedule of values
- Administrate Submittal log and submittals process
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Construction Management
- Proficiency in Procore and other Construction Software
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
