Description:
Actalent's client currently has a need for a Site Safety Manager for ongoing NAVFAC projects in Indian Head MD. Job responsibilities are listed below.
- Manage/oversee the day-to-day operational side of the project.
- Review scope of work, and be able to review/uphold safety standards of the project.
- Speak on progress of work in meetings.
- conduct site walks, AHAs, and tool box talks
- anything else pertinent to the safety position.
Skills:
Osha 30, USACE, NAVFAC, safety, construction, federal construction
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- OSHA30
- ARMY CORP QCM CERT
- EM-385 required
5-8 years of previous federal construction experience needed.
