Description:
• Support the entire portfolio of federal level contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of contract deliverables and contract correspondences.
• Prepare and process standard contract related documents and reports.
• Prepare, review, negotiate, and execute standard contracts in compliance with federal and state regulations as well as industry best practices and procedures.
• Draft, review, and/or negotiate program subcontracts, including RFPs.
• Manage process to track reporting of Subcontractor audit reports.
• Perform administrative tasks such as compilation of binders and tracking files.
