Looking for a motivated and passionate Controls engineer for a fast paced R&D department.
Description:
- Work alongside Mechanical Engineer within the R&D department
- Working on three projects over the course of the contract
- Doing the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Skills:
- Controls inclination or a Controls/Automation Engineer
Experience with Allen Bradley PLC
Knowledge of MicroLogix, ControlLogix, RS Logix500, RS Logix5000
Experience with AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical
Servo Drives, Valves, Servomotor
Electrical Actuator Experience
Automation experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
• Around five years’ experience in electrical experience creating or modifying industrial machinery/equipment with experience in product development
• Advanced understanding of engineering principles and tools including circuit design, PLC, PLC programming, controls standards, signal processing, circuit and system modeling, properties of materials, mechanical stress, and system reliability required
• Proficient with Allen Bradley: RSLogix500, RSLogix5000 and Factory Talk View
• Able to design PLC control systems using Allen Bradley: MicroLogix and ControlLogix PLC’s.
